I worked closely with the lecture series curator and editor, Pat Boas, in order to create a simple, low-budget broadside to recap the PSU MFA program’s visiting artist lecture series. We created a format where each broadside could live on it’s own after each lecture, or as part of the all-inclusive piece at the end of the year.









Each broadside had an artist interview on the front, and then the responses of the MFA students on the back. The design had to be exible enough to feature various kinds of responses: writing, illustration, photography, etc.

I’m a brand designer, illustrator and art director. I appreciate simplicity, honesty, craft, and most importantly, work that has an imperfect human quality to it. I thrive when working within complex brand systems and have an interest in strategy and writing.
